Q3 2015 Results 10/27/2015
In the first nine months of the year, DIA Group posted gross sales under banner of EUR7.843bn, up 15% in local currency versus the same period in the previous year. In Argentina, Brazil and China, despite the slowdown of those economies and the strong depreciation of the Brazilian real, gross sales under banner reached EUR2.841bn, up 21% in local currency.

In the first quarter of the year, DIA Group posted gross sales under banner of EUR2.497bn, which implies 15% growth in local currency compared to the same period in the previous year. Once again, the emerging countries in which the company is present (Argentina, Brazil and China) have posted extraordinary sales growth of 25.8% in local currency, reaching EUR930.4m.
DIA Group generates net underlying profit of EUR267m in 2014, up 8.4% 02/23/2015
The DIA Group’s gross sales under banner reached EUR9.4bn, up 9.9% in local currency.
The Board of Directors will propose the payment of a dividend of EUR0.18 per share. In addition, it has approved a EUR200m share buyback programme.
