  • DIA's franchisees support vulnerable groups and the Company doubles its donations 05/05/2020

    DIA creates a fund to double the donations of its franchisees.

    The Company has a network of 1,600 franchisees distributed 

    all over Spain. 

    This action is part of the DIAContribuuye2020 program

  • DIA puts masks on sale at cost price 04/28/2020

    Customers will be able to purchase them through Dia.es from Thursday 30 April in boxes of 50 units at a price of 30 euros, 0.60 euros per unit.

    The Company sells this product without any margin since it understands that it is an initiative to respond to the current needs of the population.

    Under the DIAContribuuye2020 program, in the last week, 250,000 surgical masks and 2,500 liters of gel were donated in 8 regions for health personnel.

  • Clarel implements the telephone purchase service 04/23/2020

    Consumers can make purchases over the phone and pick up the order in store. It establishes the home order service in about 200 stores thanks to an agreement with Glovo.

  • Grupo DIA's community support programme 04/20/2020

    Grupo DIA, as a business integrated in local communities and specifically the challenging social situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, has launched "DIAContribuye2020" a project that will work to mitigate the negative consequences of this crisis on the communities where DIA is present. This initiative is aligned to the Company’s group Social Strategy and Purpose across the four countries in which it operates: Spain, Portugal, Argentina and Brazil.
