Mr. Ricardo Currás de Don Pablos

CEO of DIA

Born in Germany in 1962. Degree in Mathematical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and Master in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa. After a short period at Arthur Andersen, he joined the DIA Group in 1986 as an analyst in management control. In 1991, he joined the Commercial Management as Director of Own Brand. In 1994, he took over as Director of Business Operations and Logistics, and in 1997 he was appointed Commercial Director of the DIA Group. In 2006, he became a member of the Management Committee of the Carrefour Group as Executive Director DIA Spain. In May 2009, he was appointed Executive Director and Chief Executive of the DIA Group and also a member of the Carrefour Group's Executive Committee.

Mr. Diego Cavestany de Dalmases

Chief Executive New Business DIA Spain Officer

Born in Spain in 1960. Law degree from the Universidad Central de Barcelona and Masters in Business Administration from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa. After a stint with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Barcelona, he joined DIA in 1988 as Manager of Expansion in the Regional Centre of Catalonia. In 1989 he became the Regional Director of Expansion in Catalonia. In 1991 he was appointed Director of the Regional Centre of Andalusia, and in 1998 he was appointed General Manager of DIA Portugal. He assumed responsibility as Senior Manager for Asia in 2000. Since 2010 he has been Executive Manager Operations of DIA Spain.

Mr. Faustino Domínguez de la Torre Unceta

Chief Executive DIA Banner Spain Officer

Born in Spain in 1965. He graduated in Economics and Business from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed postgraduate General Executive Business studies at IESE and at INSEAD. He joined the sales and marketing department of DIA Group in 1991 where, among other responsibilities, he was Sales and Marketing Director for DIA Argentina between 1995 and 1999. He returned to Spain as Regional Center Director of Operations, and in 2006 he was appointed Director of Franchises and Partnerships. He then took the position of Area Operations Director in Spain between 2007 and 2014, representing half of the business in the country. He served as Executive Director for Portugal from 2014 until 2017, when he joined the Management Committee of DIA Group as Executive Director of DIA banner in Spain.

Mr. Antonio Coto Gutiérrez

Executive Manager for Latin America and Partnerships

Born in Spain in 1960. Civil Engineer, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. Food Industry Management, from Marshal School of Business, University of Southern California. After a brief stint with Arthur Andersen, he joined the DIA Group in 1986 as Controller. In 1988 he was appointed Manager of Planning and Control, in addition to heading the Franchises Project. In 1989 he was appointed Assistant General Manager of the DIA Group, simultaneously having the following responsibilities: from 1989 to 1992, head of Acquisitions in Spain; and from 1992 to 1997 head of International Expansion for the DIA Group. In 1997 he was appointed as General Manager of the DIA Group in Argentina, and in 1999 as Senior Manager for Latin America. From August 2010 to date, in addition to being Executive Manager for Latin America, he has been responsible for Partners and Franchises within the DIA Group.

Mr. Juan Cubillo Jordán de Urríes

Business and Merchandise Executive Manager

Born in Spain in 1963. Doctorate in Forestry from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Masters in Business Administration from the Escuela de Organización Industrial de Madrid. Prior to joining the DIA Group he held various positions with Andersen Consulting and K’Nox D’Arcy. He joined the DIA Group marketing department in 1994. In 1996 he was made head of Liquids and Savoury Food Products In 1997 he was appointed as the Manager of Own Brand Purchases at the Carrefour group headquarters. In 1999 he returned to the DIA Group as International Perishables Manager. In 2000 he was appointed as Business Manager, DIA Portugal. In 2005 he was appointed as Food Business Manager, Carrefour group. In 2008 he was appointed Partners Manager, DIA Group. In 2009 he was Business Manager, DIA Group, in August 2010 being appointed as Business and Merchandise Executive Manager, DIA Group.

Mr. Javier La Calle Villalón

Chief Resources Officer and China Executive

Born in Spain in 1960. Degree in Law and Graduate in Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas Instituto Católico de Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Masters in Business Administration from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa. He joined DIA as a Deputy Business Manager in 1985. In 1996 he assumed various responsibilities as head of Marketing, Business Manager and General Manager for Business. In 1996 he was appointed Own Brands Business Manager of the Promodès Group in Paris. In 1999 he took responsibility as Deputy Supermarkets Manager, North, in Buenos Aires. In 2000 he assumed the position of New Business Manager of the DIA Group, again being the Business Manager of the DIA Group in 2006. In 2009 he was appointed as Senior Manager of the DIA Group in Greece and Turkey, in addition to Manager of New Retail Formats. From August 2010 to May 2015 he was the Senior Manager of the DIA Group in Portugal and China. Nowadays, he is the Chief Resources Officer and China Executive.

Mr. Amando Sánchez Falcón

Chief Services Officer and Portugal Executive

Born in Spain in 1970. Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid he joined DIA in 2012 as Chief Corporate Officer with responsibility over the financial, legal, external relations and investor relations departments. With more than 20 years' work experience in the financial area, previously, Mr Sánchez was the CFO and Strategy and Corporate Manager at Abengoa, where he worked from 1998. Since May 2015, he is the Chief Services Officer and Portugal Executive.
